PRICES

The prices are understood to be per person per night, which includes heating, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning. Guests aged 14 years and older will have to pay a local tax of €2.10 per person per night starting from 01.01.2018. This fee is not included in the total price and is payable upon departure.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: The apartments will be available around 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the apartments must be vacated by 9:00 a.m.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a deposit, which can be paid by bank transfer.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: In the event of a cancelled reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.
